Former Atlanta Falcon QB and current jail resident Michael Vick is out of money!  He is trying to file Chapter 11 protection from his 6x9 in Leavenworth, Kansas where he is serving a 23 month sentence for his involvement in raising, fighting, and killing pit bulls.  He’s 10-50 million in debt. Poor baby.  Life can be so hard sometimes.
